Sales Executive – Water Treatment (Pune – Work From Office | Travel Required | Gender Inclusive | Sustainable Products)

Role Summary
We are looking for Sales Executives to drive business development for our sustainable water treatment portfolio, including Activated Filter Media (AFM) , microbial cultures , enzymes , and other green-chemistry-based solutions .
The role involves technical product promotion, market development, tender handling, and field activities across multiple segments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop opportunities across industries,, OEMs, EPC contractors, and consultants .
Explore new market segments and applications suited for AFM, microbial cultures, and enzyme products.
Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, networking, and industry databases to generate qualified leads.
2. Product Promotion & Technical Sales
Promote sustainable water treatment solutions, explaining benefits, technical features, and applications.
Conduct product presentations, site visits, and discussions with technical teams,
3. Tender Monitoring & Submission Support
Regularly search, monitor, and track tenders on GEM , state portals, and major tender platforms.
Coordinate internal documentation and ensure timely submission of technical / commercial requirements.
Maintain an organised tracker of live, upcoming, and submitted tenders.
4. Field Visits & Customer Interaction
Conduct market visits for meeting clients, inspecting sites, and building relationships.
Follow up on proposals, negotiations, technical clarifications, and closures.
5. Reporting, Forecasting & Coordination
Maintain proper CRM entries, sales pipeline updates, and weekly reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in industrial / B2B sales
Experience with GEM tenders or similar platforms preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical products and applications
Willingness to travel extensively for sales and market development
Location : Pune (Work From Office)
