Job description

Ethereal Media & PR is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Ads Specialist & Account Manager to join our fast-paced performance marketing team.

This is a remote, full-time position (9 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM EST).

Salary Range : INR 60,000-1,00,000

About the Role

You will lead campaigns for an impressive and varied roster, ranging from global luxury brands to high-growth innovators. You will work hands-on across Meta and Google ads, collaborating with design and content experts, and serving as the strategic point person for each client account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns, focusing on strategy, retargeting, and conversions.
  • Build and oversee funnels, custom audiences, tracking, and performance dashboards with clear, regular reporting.
  • Coordinate social media scheduling and posting (Instagram and Facebook) to maintain brand consistency and ensure timely approvals.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on high-performing posts, reels, and ad content.
  • Optimize and maintain Google My Business profiles across locations for local visibility.
  • Lead account management, including client communication, campaign planning, and strategy execution.
  • Maximize ROAS through ongoing A / B testing, budget management, and performance optimization.
  • Manage email marketing and automation using platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, Outreach.io, and ActiveCampaign for lead nurturing and retention.

Must-Have Skills

  • 2–4 years’ hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital account management.
  • Proven success running Meta and Google ad campaigns (multiple sectors preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year managing campaigns for F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle clients.
  • Experience in social media management, email marketing automation, and analytics / reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative client approach.
  • Confidence in translating campaign data into clear recommendations and reports.
  • Bonus Skills

  • Advanced ad knowledge and experience across multiple client verticals.
  • Familiarity with SEO, geo-targeting, CRM systems, or funnel optimization.
  • Creative flair, copywriting, or design direction.
