Role Description

The Analytics Lead will be responsible for spearheading data analytics, business analysis, and product analytics.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the analytics function for one of the product / business pods.
• Work with the data engineering team to shape robust & real-time data systems with the right instrumentation & visualization capabilities.
• Co-own the business goals & lead data-led problem-solving to find actionable insights across acquisition, payments, engagement & retention.
• Set up a framework for running hundreds of parallel A / B tests reliably.
• Work with product & business teams to identify high-level requirements / problems and build analytical frameworks & presentations.
• Build reports & dashboards that enable a more data-aware organization and reflect the health of different initiatives.
• Build & mentor a team of product analysts.
