- Business Requirements Elicitation and Analysis : Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements from stakeholders within the Life Insurance domain, including underwriting, policy administration, claims processing, actuarial, and distribution.
- Technical Requirements Definition : Translate detailed business requirements into clear, concise, and technically feasible specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements.
- Data Analysis and Insights : Utilize strong SQL skills to perform in-depth data analysis, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to support business decisions and project planning.
- API Integration Expertise : Understand and document API integration requirements, ensuring seamless data exchange between various systems and applications.
- Process Modeling and Documentation : Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other relevant documentation to clearly articulate business processes and system functionalities.
- Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure alignment and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.

- 15- 20 years of relevant experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in the Life Insurance Expertise :
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, querying, and report generation.
- Experience with API integration concepts and Expertise :
- In-depth knowledge of Life Insurance business processes across various functional areas (e.g., New Business, Underwriting, Policy Servicing, Claims, Finance, Actuarial).
- Familiarity with Life Insurance products, regulations, and industry :
- At least 3 years of experience in a single company or organization, demonstrating stability and continuity in career progression.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience working with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related Skills :
- Experience with specific Life Insurance administration systems or platforms.
