Role Overview
The Growth Manager will lead end-to-end digital growth strategy and execution, ensuring rapid audience acquisition, engagement, and monetization across platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, execution-focused, and experienced in scaling digital media brands or similar businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for website, mobile app, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, , Whatsapp,Twitter / X), and YouTube
- Drive audience acquisition, retention, and engagement across all digital properties
- Lead SEO, SEM, and performance marketing campaigns to grow traffic and user base
- Identify and implement new monetization opportunities including ads, subscriptions, partnerships, and influencer collaborations
- Build user funnels and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Collaborate with editorial, design, video, and product teams for integrated growth solutions
- Track KPIs (traffic, downloads, CTR, engagement, retention, revenue) and share insights with leadership
- Stay updated on digital media trends, platform algorithms, and growth innovations to maintain competitive advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in digital growth, audience development, or brand scaling (media / publishing preferred)Strong expertise in SEO, social media algorithms, YouTube growth, and app marketingExperience running paid campaigns across Google, Meta, , and YouTubeHands-on experience with analytics tools : Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, YouTube Analytics, Meta Business SuiteStrong networking ability for collaborations and strategic partnershipsCreative thinker with strong execution skills and the ability to deliver quick resultsFluency in Hindi and English (written and spoken)How to apply -
