Key Responsibilities :

• Automotive Industry Expert : deep Automotive / Technical experience and quality
• Technical University degree or equivalent experience and Technical Certification, Lean certification (nice to have)
• Robust knowledge of the Lean / Agile for identifying Skills Matrix, conducting gap analysis and performing improvement
• Process designing and improvements
• Consistent knowledge and written communication skills for writing operational working guidelines (processes handbook)
• Excellent in coaching
• People oriented and team builder
• Data driven approach : experience in Business Intelligence to leverage data to findings, ensuring continuous improvement actions
• Problem solving, results oriented, proactive and customer oriented
• Organized
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Fluent in English, other languages (nice to have)
