Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Finance Executive to join our finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate processing of payments and reconciliations, and supporting compliance with internal controls. The Finance Executive will play a key role in handling customer transactions, vendor settlements, and statutory duties while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable

Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

Courier partners shipping charges reconciliation on monthly basis.

Vendor payments by scheduling and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries relating finance.

Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports and reconciliation.

Continuing to improve the payment process.

Accounts Receivable

Sales orders reconciliation and act on non-integrated orders in ERP and to be cleared the same on daily basis.

Invoice booking for B2B orders in ERP.

COD, Prepaid & B2B order receivables Reconciliation.

Consignment Inventory outward booking for B2B orders.

Inventory Reconciliation

Month end Closure Activities

Booking of Provisions

Passing Depreciation Entry

Preparing Various MIS (Receivable Ageing, Payable ageing etc)

Bank Reconciliation Statement.

Preparation of Financial Statements : P&L account, Balance sheet, Cashflow Statements

The role will also comprise of end-to-end support to the business on the SOR model w.r.t. accounts payable, inventory management, weekly MIS preparation etc.

Qualifications for Account Executive

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA / CPA / CMA Inter preferred but not mandatory).

4-6 years of relevant experience in finance operations or accounting.

Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.

Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
