We need WFS certified technical resources, who can do configuration, manage / support the workflows, develop / enhancements,
Required
- WFS Certification (current or recent) in one or more areas :
- WorkForce Suite Time & Attendance
- Absence & Leave
- Scheduling
- Reporting / Analytics
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with WorkForce Software configuration.
- Strong understanding of timekeeping, pay rules, labor standards, and workforce compliance.
- Experience with HR, payroll, or workforce management processes.
- Technical working knowledge of APIs, SFTP, SQL, XML, JSON, or similar data formats.
- Ability to translate complex labor rules into system logic.
Key Responsibilities
System Implementation & Configuration
Configure and maintain WFS modules (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence, Forecasting, Fatigue Management, etc.).Develop and customize business rules, pay rules, absence logic, accruals, and labor calculations.Build and optimize employee schedules, shift patterns, and workforce planning tools.Configure WFS WorkForce Suite security roles, profiles, and user access.Technical Development & Integrations
Create, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations with HRIS / Payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP HCM, UKG, Oracle, ADP).Develop and support inbound / outbound interfaces using APIs, SFTP, XML, or other WFS integration tools.Troubleshoot system performance issues, data load failures, and rule conflicts.Business Analysis & Process Optimization
Work with stakeholders to understand workforce management, compliance, and payroll needs.Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.Recommend best practices for labor compliance, scheduling efficiency, and operational productivity.Support union rule interpretation, shift bidding logic, and local labor law configuration as needed.Testing, Documentation, & Support
Prepare test scripts and lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Maintain documentation including requirements, configuration logs, design specifications, and support procedures.Provide Level 2 / 3 technical support, root-cause analysis, and incident resolution.Train HR, operations, and payroll users on WFS system functionality.
