Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our daily operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to process improvements within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operational tasks and administrative support.
Maintain and update databases, trackers, and reports accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
Help in documentation, record management, and process compliance checks.
Support HR,or Admin teams with assigned operational activities.
Assist in monitoring project timelines and following up with teams for updates.
Participate in meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Identify gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
Handle procurement support, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking (if applicable).
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
Qualifiucations :
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree Fresher are welcomed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Requirements
