Job Summary :

The Senior Client Partner acts as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to key clients, driving long-term relationships and business growth. This role involves understanding client needs deeply, managing complex accounts, and collaborating across internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions and value. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a consultative Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned senior clients.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales and

delivery teams to secure expansions.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, delivery, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing to maximize mutual value.
  • Monitor client health metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular updates and reports to both clients and internal leadership.
  • Proactively address client issues and risks, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews with senior stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights.
  • Mentor and guide junior client partners or account managers as & Skills :
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in client management, account management, or business development roles.
  • Proven track record managing senior client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective
  • solutions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
