Talent Tapovan is hiring for a Recruitment Manager - Wealth & Asset Management for one its fastest growing Financial Services provider clients, which is backed by a 62-year-old Indian Conglomerate leader in Agribusiness, Consumer Goods, Real Estate and Chemicals business. The Financial arm was established 5 years ago and has become the fastest to reach an AUM of 15000 crore.

Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai

Work Mode - Hybrid

College - Tier 1 or Tier 2 MBA

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager, located in Mumbai. The Recruitment Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Daily tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, conducting candidate evaluations, and maintaining applicant databases. The Recruitment Manager will also ensure compliance with recruitment policies and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' Experience in BFSI recruitment processes and talent acquisition
• MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 College
• Basic understanding of Wealth and Asset Business
• Experience in ++ role is an added advantage
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to conduct thorough candidate evaluations including resume reviews and interviews
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Skills in coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Ability to maintain and manage applicant databases
