At least 3 years of experience in financial services sales / business development

Team Management but Asst Manager with 3 / 4 Years exp can be considered
Qualifications
Academic Qualifications : MBA or Post-graduate equivalent
Experience : At least 3 years in financial services sales / business development
Preferred : Experience in the vehicle financing or electric vehicle ecosystem
