Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting segment through project-based sales.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and project management companies.
  • Generate and follow up on leads for Hublit lighting products in commercial and residential infrastructure projects.
  • Handle complete sales cycle, including project mapping, pricing negotiations, client presentations, and final closures.
  • Track market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams such as design, operations, and product to ensure project alignment and execution.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile :

  • Proven track record of minimum 3-5 years' experience in B2B / Project Sales (preferably in the Lighting Industry).
  • Must have experience working with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Consultants.
  • Strong network and understanding of Project Channel Sales dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage regional sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
