Role Overview : The Marketing Head will lead the overall marketing function of Biotics Lab, driving brand strategy, product growth, digital initiatives, field activation, and promotional activities. The role involves close coordination with Sales, Product Management, HR, and Operations to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Brand Management
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Strengthen brand identity across all divisions and ensure uniform communication.
- Conduct competitor analysis, customer insights, and market trend studies.
- Lead new product launch strategies and branding activities.
2. Product & Campaign Management
Plan, design, and roll out promotional campaigns, medical marketing content, and scientific detailing aids.Work closely with product managers to enhance product positioning and visibility.Ensure timely creation of visual aids, LBLs, brochures, and digital marketing material.3. Sales Coordination
Collaborate with ZSMs, RSMs, ASMs, and TMs to support field-force needs.Plan CME programs, doctor engagement activities, brand awareness initiatives.Monitor campaign effectiveness and support sales for boosting prescriptions and conversions.4. Digital Marketing & Communications
Oversee all digital platforms—website, social media, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.Create communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.Manage corporate presentations, marketing collaterals, and newsletters.5. Training & Development
Support HR and Training Manager in field-force product training.Build training modules for new product launches and brand refreshes.6. Reporting & Governance
Provide monthly marketing dashboards, progress reports, and ROI analysis.Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and ethical guidelines.Required Skills & Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field with MBA (Marketing)Minimum 6–10 years of experience in Pharma / Healthcare marketing.Strong understanding of medical marketing, doctor engagement, and product positioning.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Proficient in digital marketing, branding, and campaign analytics.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.Apply at : Contact :
