Shift : Rotational

Cab Facility : Available(Depends on shifts)

Budget- Maximum upto 5 Lpa

Experience- 1-4 Years

Language- Bengali, English

Key Responsibilities :

Handle customer queries via and chat channels.

Provide real-time support and solutions to customers.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

Excellent Bengali communication skills (verbal and written).

Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
