Job descriptionMaintain employee records and HR documentation. Manage attendance, leave tracking, and monthly HR reports. Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, confirmations, and other HR documents. Plan team-building activities, celebrations, and engagement initiatives. Help strengthen Story Digital’s work culture and internal communication. Support in grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee well-being. Assist in performance review cycles and feedback processes. Ensure adherence to company policies and suggest improvements where needed. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and skill-building activities. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2– 3 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist (agency background preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic understanding of HR tools, recruitment platforms, and MS Office / Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Plan and execute seamless onboarding and orientation of new employees.
