TECH University is seeking an Human Resources Technician for our offices in Pune.

What responsibilities will you have

• Gathering requirements from hiring managers, understanding and identifying staffing needs.
• Reviewing and screening CVs.
• Conducting phone and / or in-person interviews in Hindi and / or English.
• Preparing reports for hiring managers.
• Coordinating final interviews.
• Managing the onboarding process, including contract preparation and employment documentation.
• Payroll administration : calculation, review, and incident management.
• Labor management : employee registrations, terminations, contract modifications, and communication with official institutions.
• Conflict resolution and support in maintaining a positive work environment.

What are we looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
