Strong understanding of CMC Web Intelligence Crystal Reports and Universe Design Tool UDTIDT
Familiarity with Windows Server TomcatWebSphere and relational databases Oracle SQL Server
Proficiency in troubleshooting server logs report failures and performance bottlenecks
Experience with LDAPAD integration and SSO configuration

Responsibilites
Install configure and maintain SAP BusinessObjects platform BI 4x or higher
Manage servers services and nodes within the Central Management Console CMC
Perform upgrades patches and migrations of BO components across environments
Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and optimize report delivery
Manage user accounts roles and security settings
Collaborate with BI developers and business teams to support reporting and dashboard requirements
Schedule and manage report executions using the Adaptive Job Server
Ensure backup recovery and disaster recovery procedures are in place
