Business Analyst

Description : About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, defining workflows, and working closely with UI / UX and product teams to deliver efficient, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and user interviews.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and UI / UX designers to ensure requirement clarity and project alignment.
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user acceptance criteria.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new features or process enhancements.
• Support the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery by contributing to roadmap discussions and release planning.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Create and maintain business process models, workflows, and use case diagrams for clear process visualization.
• Evaluate and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for key stakeholders to communicate project progress and outcomes.
• Ensure all requirements and deliverables align with organizational goals and customer needs.
