Role Description — Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Salesforce Developer. You will design, build, test, and deploy custom Salesforce, Data Cloud, and Agentforce solutions based on customer needs.

The role requires deep technical ownership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure seamless system performance. You will also lead innovations across Agentforce agents, internal and external AI workflows, and prompt engineering frameworks .

Additionally, this position may involve integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, contributing to AI / automation architectures, and mentoring junior developers .

Qualifications Core Salesforce Expertise

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL / SOSL , and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration : flows, validation rules, reports / dashboards, sharing rules , and setup administration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture , governor limits, and scalable design patterns.
• Experience in building complex REST / SOAP integrations , middleware orchestration, and data migrations.
