Key Responsibilities
1. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
You will handle the complete hiring cycle — identifying the right candidates, conducting interviews, issuing offer letters, and ensuring new employees smoothly integrate into the company with proper orientation and documentation.
2. Maintain employee records and attendance
You’ll ensure all employee data—personal details, employment documents, attendance, leaves, and performance files—are updated, accurate, and securely stored in HR systems.
3. Support payroll and compliance activities
You will help compile attendance data, check timesheets, and coordinate with accounts to ensure timely and error-free salaries. You’ll also support statutory compliance such as contracts, policies, and company guidelines.
4. Assist in employee engagement and performance reviews
You will help plan activities that improve team motivation, culture, and retention. You’ll also assist managers in tracking employee goals, KPIs, and performance during appraisal cycles.
Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience (freshers with internships can apply).
Strong communication, organizational skills & MS Office proficiency.
