📌 Compensation Analyst – Global CoE (Hybrid, Mumbai)

Randstad is hiring for a Compensation Analyst on behalf of a global Fortune 500 leader in the consumer goods / food manufacturing sector. This hybrid role, based in Mumbai-Ventura, supports the Global Consulting CoE and reports to the Compensation Leader.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide analytical support to Senior Compensation Consultant for global cycles such as APR, Competitive Reviews, and P&O Reviews.
• Conduct job evaluations, manage ServiceNow requests, and ensure accurate updates in systems like MarketPay.
• Perform market analysis, prepare reports, and support compensation benchmarking.
• Analyze compensation data, build models, and support cost forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and assist with compensation projects.
