RPA Solution Architect / Technical Lead

Description : Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced RPA Solution Architect / Technical Lead to drive end-to-end automation architecture, ensure high-quality solution delivery, and provide technical leadership across projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in RPA platforms, strong architectural skills, and hands-on experience integrating AI, APIs, OCR, and cloud technologies into automation Responsibilities :

• Define the overall automation solution design, including architecture, infrastructure configuration, and security framework.
• Review and approve Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and conduct oversight of development activities and code reviews.
• Ensure all automation solutions are built for scalability, reusability, performance, and compliance with enterprise and industry standards.
• Mentor and guide development teams, providing technical leadership and best practices.
• Lead and manage client-facing technical discussions, clarifying requirements and presenting solution recommendations.
• Align automation initiatives with broader enterprise architecture, governance models, and digital transformation goals.
• Evaluate and integrate APIs, AI / ML components, OCR engines, and workflow systems into automation pipelines.
• Work closely with infrastructure and DevOps teams to support cloud-based deployments (Azure / AWS) and enable CI / CD automation.
• Define and implement governance, monitoring, and security best practices for enterprise automation.
