Job description4-7+ years of OTM experience, including at least 2 full upgrade lifecycles. Hands-on expertise with OTM 6.5.X or similar versions. Strong knowledge of OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations. Solid experience in Oracle DB administration and SQL / PLSQL development. Familiarity with server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Background in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
Shift Timings : 3 : 00pm to 12 : 00pm IST
Key Responsibilities :
- Help lead OTM upgrade efforts (on-premise / in-place) to version 6.5.3.
- Design and implement functional enhancements tailored to business needs.
- Perform comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations.
- Optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.
- Collaborate on infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments.
- Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and support ongoing operations.
- Document solutions and support knowledge transfer.
