Job descriptionLeading physical asset auction sales across the assigned region Managing vendor performance and empaneling auction agencies Engaging buyers and facilitating site visits for repossessed assets Ensuring cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Collections & Valuation teams Driving compliance with auction processes & regulatory norms Supporting post-sale services and vendor billing coordination 5+ years of experience in asset disposal, auction management, or recovery Strong grasp of auction platforms, legal frameworks, and buyer / vendor management Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Willingness to travel extensively within the region Proficiency in MS Office and digital auction tools Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related fields This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the disposal and resolution strategy for secured retail assets in a growing financial institution.
