Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a finance / office professional, based in Ranippettai. The Back Office Executive will handle day-to-day operational tasks to support the efficient functioning of the office. Responsibilities include managing back-office operations, maintaining records, processing data, and coordinating with various departments including sales and finance. Additionally, the role involves processing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company protocols, and assisting in the seamless integration of office functions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations and general Office Operations to support administrative processes efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of sales processes and ability to handle associated administrative tasks.
• Basic understanding of finance-related tasks and procedures.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines effectively.
