Responsibilities

Manage guest inquiries and reservation requests for Everest Base Camp, Mussoorie, ensuring a seamless and personalized booking experience.

Drive room sales and promote luxury camping packages with a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue.

Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company standards.

Collaborate closely with front office and operations teams to offer holistic guest experiences.

Keep accurate reservation and sales records; maintain thorough knowledge of all offerings—from luxury tents to curated outdoor activities.

Lead the reservation and sales team serving bookings for other client hotels.

Monitor and analyze sales, promoting new strategies to stay ahead of competition.

Train, mentor, and supervise team members, fostering growth and consistent service excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism, or business preferred

• .1-2 years’ experience in sales, reservations, or hospitality operations
• .Leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities a must
• .Willingness to work flexible hours

Salar y

A salary of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 35,000 as per experience.
