We are a fast-moving digital marketing agency looking for a

full-time Web Developer

who can build

clean, fast, responsive

WordPress websites with

excellent design sense

and

SEO foundations .

This is a long-term role with stable hours and consistent work.

What You’ll Do

Build

fully responsive

WordPress websites (Elementor or custom-coded blocks)

Design pages with modern, clean UI

Build fast-loading websites (90+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile & desktop)

Implement SEO best practices (H1 structure, alt-tags, metadata, site indexing)

Create smooth animations, transitions, and mobile layouts

Fix bugs immediately when found

Take ownership and deliver complete, finished websites

Work 8 hours / day, Monday–Friday

Requirements

Strong experience with

WordPress + Elementor + Custom CSS

Strong UI / UX sense (spacing, alignment, typography)

Ability to build websites

independently from scratch

Understands SEO basics

Fluent in English

Works

only

for us during work hours (no side jobs)

Strong communication + daily updates

Bonus (Not Required)

Experience with CRO

Experience with JS or Shopify

Experience working at a marketing agency
