As we expand, we’re looking for a Google Merchant Center (GMC) expert to join our team and help us with Merchant Center account recoveries, appeals, feed compliance, and troubleshooting.
What You’ll Do :
- Analyze and recover suspended or disapproved Merchant Center accounts
- Identify violations, submit appeals, and communicate with Google support if needed
- Provide step-by-step audits and implementation recommendations for clients
- Ensure store & product feeds are fully compliant with Google’s policies
- Assist with CSS integration, data feed setup, and GMC linking if required
- Proactively advise our media buyers and strategists on account health and best practices
Requirements :
Proven track record of getting suspended or disapproved GMC accounts reinstatedDeep understanding of Google Merchant Center policies (misrepresentation, shipping, return, contact pages, etc.)Experience working with ShopifyStrong knowledge of data feeds, structured markup, and CSS (Comparison Shopping Services)Ability to troubleshoot technical issues (e.g. crawlability, mismatched data, policy violations)Excellent communication and documentation skillsMust provide case studies or examples of past GMC account recoveriesBonus Points :
