Job descriptionOversee implementation of collection strategies across portfolios. Monitor daily / weekly reports and take corrective actions where required. Improve recovery efficiency through data-driven decision-making. Prepare MIS reports and dashboards. Define KPIs and track team productivity and effectiveness. Identify performance gaps and support improvement plans. Handle customer escalations, disputes, and high-priority cases. Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining business objectives. Ensure strict compliance with RBI guidelines , internal processes, and audit requirements. Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews. Optimize call center operations and workflow processes. Coordinate with IT teams to ensure system tools, dialers, and CRM modules function smoothly. Generate and present performance reports to management. Highlight trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 5 years of experience in collections, customer service, or call-center operations. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Experience handling compliance-driven processes (RBI / banking) is a plus.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to lead and manage day-to-day operations within our Debt Collection team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high operational efficiency on the floor.
