We are supporting a leading real estate group to hire a Lead – Non-Litigation (Real Estate) for their Mumbai office.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting & vetting real estate agreements (leases, conveyances, redevelopment docs, etc.)
• Title due diligence, reviewing land / property records
• RERA registration & compliance
• Review of real estate-related debt documentation
• Coordination with Sales, Projects, CRM, Finance
• Managing registrations at sub-registrar offices & document repository
