Responsibilities :
Source, screen, and recruit top-tier technical talent for contract positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Utilize various recruiting techniques and tools to attract qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on contract hiring.
Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements within the [industry / niche].
Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates in contract positions.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
