Role Overview :

Lead B2B sales growth through strategic marketing campaigns, emphasizing outbound lead generation and conversion optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive results, analyze performance, and innovate marketing strategies for sustained success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead a high-performing sales team, developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth, cultivate strategic partnerships, enhance client engagement, and provide comprehensive performance reporting to achieve company goals.
  • Drive outbound lead generation through cold outreach, email campaigns, and account-based marketing to engage B2B clients.
  • Design and test email deliverability strategies, apply and verify feedback loops to improve email sending practices.
  • Drive ROI by strategically managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various platforms, while collaborating on creative assets, contributing to SEO, analyzing web performance, and presenting key insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and optimize high-quality, B2B content across various formats, leveraging research, SEO best practices, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen brand voice, drive engagement, and establish thought leadership.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, strategically managing accounts, overseeing project execution, driving growth through upsell opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction and compliance through proactive communication and data-driven insights.
  • Drive B2B lead generation and maximize email deliverability and engagement through strategic campaign execution, technical optimization, A / B testing, segmentation, and data-driven reporting while maintaining robust email infrastructure and adhering to industry best practices.
  • Generate performance reports (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, ROI), collaborate with internal teams to align email marketing efforts with business objectives, and stay informed on emerging trends and best practices.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 3-6 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of demand generation strategies, tactics, and tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Phantombuster, Prospectoo, Sendgrid, Apollo, Lusha, and CRM tools.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics, with the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
