Job descriptionProvide information to potential candidates about available courses, eligibility, and career opportunities. Maintain records of leads, counselling sessions, and enrolments. Support candidates through the registration and documentation process. Work closely project operation teams to ensure smooth onboarding of trainees. Track daily, weekly, and monthly mobilization targets and report progress to the Project Manager. Maintain a database of prospective and enrolled candidates. Education : Graduate degree in any discipline (preferably Social Work). Experience : 2-5 years of experience in mobilization, community engagement, or skill development projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and counsel youth. Knowledge of local area. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Team player with result-oriented approach. Number of candidates mobilized and enrolled. Conversion rate from counselling to enrolment. Retention rate of enrolled candidates. Contribution to achieving project targets.
The Mobiliser is responsible for creating awareness, identifying, and enrolling eligible candidates for Diploma programs. The role involves community outreach, counselling, and coordination with schools, NGOs and other local institutions to achieve mobilisation, enrolment and admission targets.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Community Mobilization & Outreach
- Conduct awareness campaigns in local communities, schools, and other areas in Pune and outside Pune.
- Organize orientation in schools, NGOs etc.
- Develop partnerships with local NGOs, panchayats, and youth groups for candidate sourcing.
