Ethnic Wear Inventory Specialist

Location : Goregaon, Mumbai

Working Hours : Monday – Saturday

Experience : 4-5 years in a related inventory, merchandising, or production coordination role.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Stockist / Inventory Manager with 4-5 years of proven experience in the Indian ethnic wear segment. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, process-driven, and possess a strong understanding of stock management, material sourcing, and production flow to ensure the smooth execution of our garment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Material Management (Core Focus)

• Comprehensive Stock Control : Maintain precise and accurate stock levels of all production materials , including fabric inventory, embroidery threads, trims, and ancillary materials.
• Material Sourcing & Quality : Oversee fabric sourcing, trim selection, and material coordination, ensuring all inputs meet strict quality and brand standards.
• Inventory Analysis : Analyze existing stock levels and production requirements to forecast material needs and prevent shortages.
