APACS Supply Solutions (APACSS) is a Global Sourcing, Supply Chain, Merchant Exporter, and CDMO organization , operating across 15 Asian countries and serving customers in the USA, Canada, and the EU . We work with a strong ecosystem of ~2000 qualified manufacturers and ~8000 products , supported by a dedicated Supplier Relations Management (SRM) function that qualifies and validates suppliers to safeguard the entire procurement process. It caters to 56 Industries

We are seeking a high-integrity, result-driven Procurement Manager with deep expertise in chemical raw material procurement and global sourcing operations .

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement of chemical raw materials for international customers

Drive sourcing from APACSS’s network of 2000+ qualified manufacturers across 15 Asian countries

Work closely with the Supplier Relations Management (SRM) team for supplier qualification, validation, and onboarding

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and long-term supply agreements

Ensure adherence to global quality, regulatory, and compliance standards

Track global raw material price trends, supply risks, and market movements

Coordinate with logistics, quality, regulatory, and sales teams for seamless execution

Optimize procurement cost while maintaining quality, compliance, and reliability

Maintain strong procurement governance, documentation, and audit readiness

Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality

Desired Profile 5–10 years of hands-on experience in chemical raw material procurement

Proven exposure to international sourcing, vendor development, and commercial negotiations

Strong understanding of chemical supply chains, regulatory frameworks, and quality systems

Excellent commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management

Demonstrated ability to operate in a structured, compliance-driven global environment

High level of ownership, integrity, and decision-making maturity

Educational Qualifications B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry

Chemical Engineering

MBA / PGDM
