Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Bengaluru. The Customer Relations Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with clients, resolve customer queries, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and consistently maintain superior customer service standards. Additional responsibilities include handling customer complaints, building long-term relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
