Position : Business Development Manager - US Staffing

Location : Pune (Hybrid Mode)

Work Time : U.S Working Hours (Easter Time Zone)

We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic BDMs for our US Staffing business. Ideal candidate will drive initiatives and will build strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and contribute to our fast-paced work environment.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience in US Staffing Sales / Business Development
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Team player with a proactive mindset
• The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the US staffing market.
• Responsibilities also include creating and implementing sales strategies, responding to client inquiries, and negotiating contracts.
• The Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to align client needs with staffing solutions while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
