Cs Management Trainee

Role Description : -

This is a full-time on-site role for a 21-month CS Management Training.

The Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operational tasks, writing articles, conducting research, analyzing legal data, preparing audit reports, and supporting the partners in various projects and initiatives.

Corporate Governance Support : Assist in preparing agendas, notices, and minutes for Board and committee meetings. Maintain and update statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries. Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.

Regulatory Compliance : Assist in filing statutory forms and returns with regulatory bodies such as the Companies Registry. Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action. Support the preparation and submission of annual reports and other compliance documents.

Administrative Support : Maintain and organize corporate records, documents, and correspondence. Liaise with external regulators and advisors such as lawyers and auditors.

Board and Committee Meetings : Help in coordinating logistics for Board and committee meetings. Assist in drafting resolutions and keeping records of decisions made by the Board. Prepare documentation and materials for meetings, ensuring timely distribution to attendees.

Training and Development : Attend training sessions and workshops related to company law, governance, and compliance. Keep abreast of best practices in corporate governance and company secretarial duties.
