Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer who will lead backend and frontend development for AI-driven projects.

You must be highly comfortable with Python (FastAPI), Next.js, and modern AI integrations (OpenAI, vector databases, embeddings, RAG).

This is a hands-on role focused on building scalable APIs, data ingestion pipelines, vector search systems, admin dashboards, and customer-facing UIs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable REST APIs using FastAPI

Implement authentication (JWT), RBAC, session security

Build data ingestion pipelines

Design relational schemas using SQLAlchemy / SQLModel

Integrate with Redis queues for async tasks

Implement OpenAI / other embeddings + RAG workflows

Manage vector operations with Pinecone

Build / deploy machine learning / AI models

Write automated tests for core modules

Work with AWS (S3, EC2 or Serverless options), AzureDebug, optimize, and monitor production systems

Build user-facing pages and dashboards using Next.js

Implement responsive UI using Tailwind CSSUse React Query for data fetching, caching, and state management

Create clean reusable components

Integrate with backend APIs securely

Experience Requirements

3–5 years full-stack development experience

Minimum 2 years with Python / FastAPI

Minimum 1–2 years with Next.js / React

Minimum 1-2 year experience integrating AI (OpenAI, vector DBs), AI models

Experience building admin panels, dashboards, or workflow tools

Experience with database schema design and migrations

Strong understanding of backend architecture and API design

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Experience with RAG pipelines

Familiarity with Vercel / Railway / Render / AWS ECS

Ability to optimize AI vector search performance

Knowledge of Mapbox / Google Maps integrations
