We foster a culture of ownership, agility, and accountability.Your RoleAs a Lead, you will lead enhancement and analytics projects using project management principles and data visualization tools.You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring development activities across cross-functional teams.You will also create dashboards using internal data sources to support business decisions. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will lead project calls and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.The Experience You BringProven experience in project management and stakeholder coordinationStrong understanding of SDLC and testing processesExcellent communication and facilitation skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams including business, development, and QAProficiency in Tableau and Alteryx for data visualization and analyticsFamiliarity with CAB processes and deployment governanceAbility to manage multiple priorities with attention to detailExperience in creating and managing project documentation and planning toolsProficiency in Jira for project tracking and issue management (mandatory)Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creations7-10 years of experience in Project ManagementStrong Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum), PMP Certification preferred but not mandatoryProficiency in JIRA toolset; ability to work independently with minimal supervisionProject Management Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Experience in creating project plans, kick-off decks, and managing end-to-end project lifecycle.SDLC & Testing Processes Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Familiarity with SIT (System Integration Testing), Unit Testing, and Business Testing.Data Visualization & Analytics Proficiency in Tableau (mandatory).Proficiency in Alteryx for data preparation and analytics.Project Tracking Tools Jira (mandatory) for issue tracking and project management.Deployment Governance Familiarity with CAB (Change Advisory Board) processes and compliance before deployment.Documentation & Reporting Strong skills in creating and managing project documentation.Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and stakeholder communication.Academic requirementsAny Graduation is eligiblePreferred CertificationsPMP or Prince2 (for project management).Tableau Certification (for data visualization).Agile / Scrum Certification (if applicable).Full Time / Part TimeFull timeWorker TypeEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)No Workplace ModelAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
