Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts for all project phases of individual delivery for small to medium size projects. Each day, you will maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, costs, revenues, cash in / out, as well as risks and opportunities. You will also showcase your expertise by monitoring, reporting, and managing deviations proactively.

This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Bangalore, India.
You will be mainly accountable for : Coordinate monthly dispatches in line with the revenue plan and liaise with the store team to ensure timely deliveries.
Generate cost reports from SAP (Plan vs Actual) for ongoing projects and monitor inventory records to support timely cash flow.
Maintain ISO documentation and ensure project folders are updated with accurate records and structured files.
Follow up with suppliers for material delivery and with customers for payments; manage day-to-day coordination to meet project timelines.
Prepare weekly and monthly review reports; monitor schedules and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time execution.
Qualifications for the role Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics
Minimum 3 years of experience in automation project execution with exposure to HSE practices
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including MS Projects, AutoCAD, and SAP
Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
Good written and oral communication skills
Effective team player with experience in coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Industry experience in Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or other general industries
Exposure to robotics and machine automation systems
