Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our growing team and play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of Chargebee’s Merchant Experience. As a key member of the Product Management team, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Chargebee’s Merchant Experience.

Job Responsibilities :

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision, aligning stakeholders, and owning the design & delivery of product capabilities to enhance the Charagebee Merchant Experience.

You will be responsible for creating :

• Customer Discovery : Identify meaningful problems & opportunities, and translate them into clear product requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise and aligned with the product strategy.
• Product Roadmap : Own the development and delivery of the product roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise delivery of features to advance Merchant Experience on the Chargebee Platform.
• Documentation : Maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, marketing collateral and product announcements.
• Product Marketing : Be the product input to our marketing team to enable effective and impactful product marketing communications.
• Sales Support : Support the sales team with presales activities, including product demonstrations. Help showcase how the product can address a customer's specific challenges and provide a tailored experience.
• Active Collaboration : Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and customer satisfaction.
