Role Title : Deputy General Manager - Legal
Reporting Manager : General Manager
Location : Pune
Job Responsibilities :
Compliance monitoring
Litigation : Handle Labour, Civil, Criminal and other litigations. Interacting with advocates / counsels for preparing pleadings, replies, affidavits, etc. and also attend court cases as and when required.
Preparing & Negotiating Agreements, Contracts etc. : Agreements and Contracts like : Business Transfer Agreements, Purchase Agreements, Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Lease Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, MOUs, etc.
Handling day to day legal issues : Provide legal support to all departments of TMGSL, including advice on labour issues, disciplinary proceedings etc.; Assist in audits / inspections; Draft replies to notices / letters received from statutory authorities; etc.
Projects : Work on specific projects, as assigned, from time to time.
Functional Knowledge of Skills (Must Have) –
Having knowledge in managing compliance in a large manufacturing organization.
Experience in managing automated compliance tools and coordinating with external vendors is essential.
Prior experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or infrastructure sector preferred.

Educational Qualification - Graduate in Law (LL.B.) / Masters in Law (LL.M)
