Marketing – Home Services App ( Canada & US Markets)
Location : Office Hyderabad
Role Objective
To lead the growth and customer acquisition strategy for Client : Home Services App across the Canadian & US markets , driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through a combination of data-driven marketing, ASO / SEO optimization, performance campaigns, partnerships, and product-led growth .
This leader will build and scale a world-class cross-functional growth team that integrates marketing, product, analytics, and revenue operations to achieve aggressive expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities : Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and own the comprehensive growth roadmap for the app in North America — covering user acquisition, retention, activation, and monetization.
- Craft and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns (Google UAC, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, programmatic, influencer collaborations).
- Leverage ASO (App Store Optimization) and SEO to dominate organic discovery in home service and local intent categories.
- Identify new user funnels and optimize CAC : LTV ratios by balancing organic and paid channels.
- Drive localization, pricing, and offer strategies tailored to US and Canadian audiences.
- Product-Led & Data-Driven Growth
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement in-app referral programs, push notifications, gamification , and retention workflows.
- Partner with Data Analytics to build a real-time Growth Dashboard (installs, MRR, churn, cohort analysis, CAC, LTV).
- Establish and continuously refine the North America go-to-market (GTM) plan using A / B testing, funnel analysis, and user segmentation.
- Leverage CRM automation tools (HubSpot, Braze, MoEngage) for lifecycle marketing.
- Team Building & Leadership
- Recruit, coach, and scale a cross-functional growth organization , including :
- ASO / SEO Specialists – for app visibility and search dominance.
- Performance Marketing Managers – for paid campaigns and acquisition.
- Data Analysts – for measurement, attribution, and forecasting.
- Creative & Content Strategists – for copy, visuals, and storytelling.
- CRM / Lifecycle Managers – for retention and engagement.
- Foster a data-first, experiment-driven culture with weekly growth sprints and learning loops.
Ideal Candidate Profile
5-8 years of experience in growth, marketing, or digital strategy roles, ideally within on-demand, service, or marketplace apps .Proven success scaling apps in US and Canadian markets with data-backed performance outcomes.Expertise in ASO, SEO, performance marketing, and lifecycle CRM automation.Strong analytical background — ability to interpret data, drive insights, and pivot strategy quickly.Prior experience in leading and mentoring a global, cross-functional growth team.Entrepreneurial mindset with deep understanding of both customer psychology and growth metrics.Leadership Impact
