Role Description

You’ll take ownership of client communication, understand their needs, negotiate fair deals, and coordinate service requests across teams to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of work experience in customer-facing roles such as client servicing, relationship management, operations, or sales support. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong sense of ownership, organization, and problem-solving — someone who can take initiative and follow through.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and mobile or web-based task tracking apps.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred..
• Fluency in English is essential, and the ability to speak Hindi or Kannada is preferred
