Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Bengaluru region. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for driving sales growth developing and implementing effective sales strategies and managing a high-performing team of sales professionals.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Bengaluru region
  • Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivity
  • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Bengaluru market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics providing regular updates to senior management
  • Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organizational goals
  • Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance
  • Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru market and business landscape
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales forecasting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining key client relationships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and emerging trends
  • Sales management certifications are preferred but not required
