Reservation & Ticketing Executive

Job Overview : We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservation & Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry and excellent customer service skills. In this role, you will be responsible for handling flight reservations, ticketing, and other travel-related services for our clients. Key Responsibilities : - Handle flight reservations and ticketing for domestic and international flights - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, fares, and availability - Process ticket bookings and issue e-tickets - Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to ensure smooth and timely travel arrangements for clients - Handle cancellations, changes, and refunds as per company policies and procedures - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, airline policies, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient booking process - Assist with other travel-related tasks as needed, including hotel bookings and holiday package reservations Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry - Strong knowledge of flight reservation systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in using MS Office and other computer programs - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus If you are passionate about travel and have a strong background in reservation and ticketing, we would love to hear from you.
