Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Control Supervisor in a manufacturing plant, located in Chennai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for developing QC standardss, inspecting products Pre / during & and post-production to ensure they meet quality standards, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating with production teams to resolve any issues. Daily tasks include conducting quality audits, maintaining detailed documentation, and ensuring compliance with Customer delivery standards.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience with QC in a manufacturing / industrial environment

Knowledge of wooden pallets, packaging, or related industries (preferred, not mandatory)

Strong attention to detail & documentation skills

Ready to work in a fast-paced project environment

Key Responsibilities

Inspect raw materials, in-process work, and finished products as per QC standards

Maintain inspection logs, test reports, and quality documentation

Support the production team in ensuring ISO 9001 : 2015 compliance

Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
