Mandatory- SAP IS-Retail

Location Mumbai

Implementation & Rollouts : Lead or actively participate in SAP Retail implementation, rollout, and support projects.

• Business Analysis : Conduct workshops to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design business processes.
• Configuration & Customization : Configure SAP IS-Retail and related modules (MM, SD) for pricing, promotions, site setup, allocation runs, and POS integration.
• Integration : Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI, PP, QM) and external systems.
• Testing & Deployment : Prepare functional specifications, unit / integration test scripts, and oversee UAT.
• Training & Documentation : Develop key user training materials and conduct sessions for end-users.
• Support & Maintenance : Resolve helpdesk tickets, monitor IDOCs, queues, and workflows for SAP production systems.
• Project Management : Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordinate with developers and stakeholders.

Required Skills

o SAP s4 HANA Retail, IS-Retail, MM, SD, AFS (Apparel & Footwear Solution)

o SAP S / 4HANA and Fiori experience

o Retail operations, inventory management, procurement, pricing, and promotions

o ABAP debugging (basic), IDOC handling, EDI / PI integration

o Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership

o SAP Activate, ITIL processes for incident and change management
